Mike Nesbitt confirmed as new UUP leader at annual conference
Mike Nesbitt has been ratified as leader of the Ulster Unionist Party during its annual conference, becoming the first person to hold the role twice. He succeeds Doug Beattie, who stepped down citing differences with party officers.
