Accountability
Corrections
Material errors are corrected promptly and transparently.
A correction identifies what was wrong, supplies the accurate information and states when the change was made. Minor spelling, grammar and presentation changes that do not alter meaning may be made without a formal note.
Request a correction
Use the editorial complaints form and include the article headline, URL, disputed statement and supporting evidence. Requests are assessed on evidence, not on whether a reader agrees with the subject or tone of accurate reporting.
Corrections log
No material corrections have been recorded.
Archive corrections
When a source link is unavailable or a retrospective summary is materially incomplete, the archive record may be updated. Its historical event date remains unchanged; a correction note records the later editorial action where meaning has changed.
