Corrections
Material errors are corrected promptly and transparently.
A correction identifies what was wrong, supplies the accurate information and states when the change was made. Minor spelling, grammar and presentation changes that do not alter meaning may be made without a formal note.
Request a correction
Use the editorial complaints form and include the article headline, URL, disputed statement and supporting evidence. Requests are assessed on evidence, not on whether a reader agrees with the subject or tone of accurate reporting.
Corrections log
No material corrections have been recorded.
Archived reports
Material errors in archived reports are handled under the same corrections policy. A dated correction note is added where an editorial change affects the meaning of a report.
