The British government confirms that a case of the highly pathogenic H5N8 avian influenza has been found at a turkey farm in North Yorkshire, England. All 10,500 birds at the farm will be culled in order to limit the spread of the disease, according to Chief Veterinary Officer Christine Middlemiss.
