The NHS Nightingale Hospital Birmingham opened at the National Exhibition Centre in Solihull, England, on 10 April 2020, with an initial capacity of 500 beds and potential to expand to 1,500. It was established to support 23 Midlands hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic.
