Deadline for questions on proposed £15m community infrastructure fund

Organisations interested in administering a proposed grant programme for community buildings and facilities have until 5pm on Wednesday to submit clarification questions.

The deadline for clarification requests in a Department for Communities competition to run the proposed Northern Ireland Community Infrastructure Fund is 5pm on Wednesday 19 August.

The department is seeking an intermediary funding body to administer competitive grants for community buildings and facilities.

The programme is planned on the basis of up to £15m across three funding calls of up to £5m each, subject to governance approvals.

Full applications must be submitted by 5pm on Wednesday 26 August.

The department has said the process is being conducted before formal funding approval and creates no entitlement to an appointment or grant.
