Human rights groups and UN experts urge Singapore to halt the execution of Nagaenthran Dharmalingam, a 33-year-old Malaysian with intellectual disability convicted in 2010 for smuggling 42.72 grams of heroin. The execution was postponed after he tested positive for COVID-19.
