Jannik Sinner defeated Carlos Alcaraz in the ATP Finals final on 16 November 2025, winning 7–6(7–4), 7–5. The victory secured Sinner's second consecutive title at the year-ending tournament.

Sinner maintained his unbeaten record in the tournament, not dropping a set. He broke back in the second set after losing his serve early, then held on to win the match.

The final featured a tense first-set tie-break, which Sinner won after a decisive lob and serve. Alcaraz sent a backhand wide on the first championship point, sealing Sinner's victory.
