Shamima Begum allowed to return to UK to challenge citizenship revocation
The Court of Appeal ruled that Shamima Begum, a 20-year-old British-born woman who joined ISIL in 2015, may return to the UK to contest the revocation of her citizenship. The Home Office said the decision was disappointing and would seek permission to appeal.
