Israeli forces entered a structure in Jenin after identifying two individuals as suspects in terror activities. The suspects had previously thrown explosives and fired at security forces.
A surrender procedure lasting several hours was conducted before engineering tools were used on the structure. The two men exited with hands raised, according to video evidence.
Israeli forces fired upon the two men immediately after they exited the building. The Palestinian Authority's health ministry confirmed the deaths of Yussef Ali Asa'sa and Al-Muntasir Billah Mahmud Abdullah.
