Northern Ireland house-price series listed for April-to-June release

The Department of Finance’s quarterly Northern Ireland House Price Index was listed for release on 19 August, covering standardised prices for the second quarter of 2026.

NISRA listed the Department of Finance index for publication at 9.30am on Wednesday 19 August. The release covers the April-to-June quarter.

A separate Ulster University market index put the average Northern Ireland transaction price at £229,462 for the same period, based on 5,981 transactions.
