Three Palestinians open fire near Jerusalem checkpoint, killing one Israeli
One Israeli man was killed and 11 others injured in a shooting attack by three Palestinian gunmen near the az-Za'ayyem checkpoint on Route 1, close to Ma'ale Adumim in the occupied West Bank. Two gunmen were killed at the scene, and the third was captured after a chase.
