Slovakia has suspended emergency electricity supplies to Ukraine as a response to the continued closure of the Druzhba pipeline. The decision was made after Slovakia issued a two-day ultimatum for oil transit to resume.
Prime Minister Robert Fico stated that assistance would not be provided if Ukraine requested help stabilising its energy grid. He claimed the oil transit halt was a political move aimed at pressuring Slovakia.
