Ukraine and Russia conduct large-scale prisoner exchange
Ukraine and Russia exchanged 215 Mariupol fighters and 55 Russian prisoners of war in a swap mediated by Turkey and Saudi Arabia. The deal included the release of Azov Regiment commander Denys Prokopenko and pro-Russian Ukrainian politician Viktor Medvedchuk.
