U.S. records lowest daily cases since March 2020
The United States reported 11,976 new COVID-19 cases on 29 May 2021, the lowest daily figure since 23 March 2020, according to Johns Hopkins University data. The seven-day average of 21,007 cases also reached its lowest level since 31 March 2020.
