Michael Noonan has signed a pre-contract agreement with Nottingham Forest, confirming his transfer from Shamrock Rovers is scheduled to take effect on 1 January next year.
The forward featured in five matches across European competition for his club, including campaigns in both the Champions League and Conference League qualifiers.
His strike against Molde in February 2025 earned him recognition as the youngest ever scorer in Conference League history and the second youngest to score in a Uefa club tournament.
BBC Sport Northern Ireland reported on the deal being finalised with the move set for immediate implementation at the City Ground.
Noonan will begin his new chapter with Nottingham Forest following the completion of his registration process by the end of this month.
