Cardiff Devils preserved an unblemished record of four wins from four in the Elite League campaign with a 5-2 result against Belfast Giants at the Vindico Arena on Sunday.
The match took place two days after Cardiff defeated Dundee Stars, marking the latter's 40th anniversary celebration.
Josh MacDonald opened the scoring for the visitors early in the contest, but Jake Gaudet of Belfast Giants equalised shortly thereafter.
David Goodwin gave the home side a lead before Riley Brandt levelled the score during the second period.
Cardiff ultimately claimed victory by netting three goals in the final period to complete their perfect start to the season.
The result extends the Devils' unbeaten streak across all four games played so far this year.
Belfast Giants will look to build on their performance after falling short at home.
