Jacob Stockdale is scheduled to make his 150th appearance for Ulster against Glasgow Warriors this Saturday.
The match kicks off at 17:30 BST in front of spectators at Scotstoun Stadium.
Stockdale joins four other internationals from the Republic of Ireland who are set to start after last week's loss to Edinburgh in Belfast.
Michael Lowry and Robert Baloucoune were unable to play due to concussions sustained during that previous fixture.
In their absence, Stockdale has been selected at full-back while former Connacht player Chay Mullins takes the right-wing position.
Zac Ward makes his first start of the campaign on the left wing, replacing his teammate who was unavailable.
Tom Stewart, Cormac Izuchukwu and Bryn Ward are all confirmed in the starting XV for the upcoming game.
New signings Keynan Knox, Matthew Devine and Chay Mullins are expected to make their debut starts this week.
Jack Murphy keeps his position at fly-half but will be paired with Devine who has not started since his bench appearance last Sunday.
Stewart and Knox move into the front row alongside Eric O'Sullivan in the back three.
Cormac Izuchukwu enters the second row to partner Eli Snyman for the first time this season.
Bryn Ward makes his season debut at number eight while David McCann switches to open-side flanker from academy graduate James McKillop at blind-side.
Jamie Benson remains at inside centre but will be joined by Ethan McIlroy at outside centre in a midfield reshuffle.
The back three sees significant change with Izuchukwu, Snyman and Ward forming the new defensive line.
Nathan Doak and Juarno Augustus are available on the bench which features a six-two split between forwards and backs.
The replacement squad includes Walker, McAllister, Bello, Donnell, McNabney, Doak, Flannery and Augustus.
