Nine in 10 FE leavers report work or study within six months

A Department for the Economy survey found 90% of respondents who completed regulated qualifications at Level 3 or below had a positive outcome.

Nine in 10 surveyed further-education college leavers were in employment, further study or both within six months of completing a regulated qualification at Level 3 or below, a Department for the Economy report has found.

The Further Education Outcomes Report recorded a positive outcome for 90% of leavers surveyed. It said 57% were in employment and 33% had re-enrolled in education.

Of those in work, 95% were employed in Northern Ireland, according to the department.
