The Northern Ireland manager has announced a 28-strong squad for the four matches comprising Nations League B2.
These international challenge games are scheduled to serve as preparation for the initial phase of qualification for the UEFA U17 Euro 2027 tournament.
The Round 1 Group 2 mini tournament taking place in Germany is one of 14 events across Europe that will determine group winners and runners-up advancing to Round 2 League A next spring.
While 26 other teams will compete in Round 2 League B, the seven group winners from League A will join hosts Latvia in the final tournament later this summer.
The first fixture for Northern Ireland is an away match against Georgia in Tbilisi on Friday 25 September.
This is followed by a home encounter against Hungary at Windsor Park on Monday 28 September.
Experienced Hull City defender Paddy McNair has recovered from a foot injury that excluded him from the club's most recent Premier League appearances to secure his place in the panel.
Preston North End midfielder Jordan Thompson is also returning, having last featured for the senior men's squad in a friendly defeat against Sweden in March 2025.
Alistair McCann, who came on as a substitute in the win against Guinea and started the loss against France in June, remains unavailable due to injury.
