A formal application has been lodged for a parade scheduled to begin at 13:00 BST on Sunday 27 September.
The route is designed to conclude in Portadown town centre by 14:30 that same day.
The proposed path traverses Drumcree Road before entering the contentious section along Garvaghy Road.
Officials state the procession will move silently without musical accompaniment while passing through Derry.
Once the group reaches the town centre, two accordion bands and additional members of the Portadown Orange Order are expected to join the march.
The application notes that only 60 participants are involved in the initial phase.
Based on this headcount, the Order estimates the journey through Garvaghy Road will require approximately 15 minutes.

A ruling is anticipated to be delivered within four days of the submission date.
