Ukrainian justice minister German Galushchenko and energy minister Svitlana Hrynchuk resign following a National Anti-Corruption Bureau investigation into an alleged kickback scheme involving Ukraine's nuclear power plant operator Energoatom. The alleged head of the corruption group, Tymur Mindych, has fled Ukraine.
