FOURWINDS ROUNDABOUT IMPROVEMENT SCHEME ( junction of Newton Park/Cairnshill Road/Ballymaconaghy Road/ Manse Road), BELFAST Works to widen the existing roundabout will commence 20 July 26 for a period of six months This is a developer led scheme to facilitate housing on the Ballymaconaghy Road. A number of lane and road closures will be required for the duration of the scheme including the following during July and August 27th July – 31st July Country bound one-way closure on Newton Park + country bound Manse Rd2nd Aug – 9th Aug Newton Park fully open + Manse Rd closed one way Ballygowan Road bound10th Aug – 31st Aug Country bound one-way closure on Newton park + one way Ballygowan bound on Manse Rd
