Encirc commits £700,000 to workforce training at Derrylin facility

Dr Caoimhe Archibald, Economy Minister, announced that Encirc is allocating funds to enhance employee capabilities at its Derrylin site in Fermanagh.

The glass manufacturer and bottler, which operates under the Vidrala group umbrella, produces roughly three billion containers each year for major international clients throughout the United Kingdom.

This financial commitment aims to build technical, digital and leadership competencies among workers as the company prepares to reach net zero emissions in its manufacturing operations by 2030.

Sean Murphy, Managing Director of Encirc, stood alongside Dr Archibald and Gráinne Moody, Director of Food and Drink at Invest NI, during the announcement.
