Further education lecturers belonging to the Universities and Colleges Union and NASUWT have voted to accept an improved pay offer that will increase the minimum salary of a lecturer to £30,000 from £24,496, as well as giving all lecturers an 8.4% pay rise plus an additional £1,000.
