Iran has restricted traffic through the Strait of Hormuz since the U.S. and Israel launched attacks on Iran in February. The U.S. Navy seized a vessel it said was evading the blockade.
Iran's foreign minister said U.S. actions are incompatible with diplomacy. Iran has not confirmed whether it will resume negotiations after the ceasefire ends.
