US President Donald Trump is scheduled to arrive in Ireland on Saturday morning aboard Air Force One at Dublin Airport.
The visit will last two days and involves significant security arrangements coordinated by the Garda Síochána over recent weeks.
Officials describe this as one of the largest policing operations ever undertaken by the force.
Phoenix Park will remain closed to the public throughout the duration of the events.
Trump's morning programme includes a meeting with President Catherine Connolly at Áras an Uachtaráin and Taoiseach Micheál Martin at Farmleigh House.
He is also set to deliver a speech at the Deerfield Residence, home of US Ambassador Edward Walsh.
Following his Dublin activities, Trump will fly to Shannon Airport in County Clare for the afternoon.
His itinerary there includes attending the Irish Open at Trump International Golf Links in Doonbeg.
A temporary maritime exclusion zone and associated outer control area have been established in waters off County Wicklow.
Security personnel at Shannon Airport will conduct additional checks, requiring passengers to present photo identification and valid flight documentation.
The Gardaí have declared an extraordinary event status for the period spanning Friday through Sunday.
This declaration authorises 10,000 twelve-hour shifts to be performed by gardaí during the operation.
